PAYMENT INFO
For invoices quoted in USD, the ZAR equivalent must be calculated and entered on this payment facility. Please navigate to XE.com and find the exchange rate for ZAR (2nd from rightmost column). Subtract 0.1 from this value and multiply the $ amount with this adjusted value.
Eg. for an invoice of USD$123.45, if the exchange rate is 6.13, subtracting 0.1 gives 6.03. Multiplying by $123,45 gives the ZAR744.40. Note: subtracting 0.1 corrects for the mid-rate shown on XE.com, otherwise more than the $ invoice amount will be deducted from your account. Please be aware that exchange rates continuously fluctuate and it's unlikely that the USD amount deducted from your account will be exactly the invoiced amount. It should, on average, be slightly less.
